Our terms and conditions require Credit Card payments to be collected by TrekkSoft AG acting as an authorized agent of Hurghada Spa. Subsequently, TrekkSoft AG will appear as TREKKSOFT ONL TRAVEL, MATTEN BEI INTERLAKEN on your credit card statement.
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking.

After paying the tour cost by your credit card an invoice and trip voucher with pick-up time and other relevant information will be issued to you via e-mail.
Payment Policy
Cash payment: according to our website policy cash payment (the balance) for all tours must be paid 2 days before the tour to our local supplier to get your paid voucher.
Some tours like Cairo by Plan and Petra by air or ferry must be fully paid for in advance.

When we know your room number we will advise you pick-up time for your tours once again.
Should you wish to pay in cash, we accept the following currencies:
English pounds, US dollars, Euros & Egyptian pounds according to the rate in Egypt on the day of the tour.
Credit/debit card payment: should you wish to pay the outstanding amount (the balance) by credit/debit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Payment will be listed as “TrekkSoft AG“on the credit card statement.
You will be charged in GBP (English pounds) or the preferred currency at the conversion rate applicable on the date of your payment.
Traveler Phone Numbers:
Your phone number is required to contact you in case of any change in the tour itinerary.
Passport and Visa:
You should send us a copy of your passport if you want to join one of our private tours.
Cancellation, refund, and procedure to cancel a booking
Cancellation fee/refund
Except otherwise stated, a tour or package or any product canceled without due notice is subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale:
- Customers canceling fully paid for trips 7 days before – a full refund Will be given (except for private tours).
- Customers canceling for trips 4 days before – a 50% refund will be given (except private tours).
- Customers canceling trips 1 day before or on the day of the trip – NO REFUND.
If the Company has to cancel your trip for any reason, a full refund will be paid.
Any trip canceled by the customer due to sickness will require a doctor’s certificate and the management will reserve the right to decide on the refund to be given at the time.
Important Information for Hurghada Spa Visitors
Passport:
You should bring a passport valid for 6 months to avoid tour cancellation.
Police Checkpoints:
Traveling from one city to another city you will meet police checkpoints on a highway for security and you should show your passport when they ask to make sure that everything is secure.
Complaints:
If you have any problems with any of the Tour Services provided it should be brought to the immediate attention of our representative or the company Hotline directly whilst on the Tours, Transfers, Etc.
We will then attempt to rectify the situation at the same time.
Upon return to your country, it is almost impossible to correct a situation that could have been corrected during the Tour, we are working to bring you a good time in Egypt so help us to improve our service and contact us if you have any questions, special requests, problems.
Please note that if you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of excursions with us once on the tour, there will be no refund for these services, as they are prepaid based on the number of participants who join the tour.
We act only as an agent for the participants regarding travel, whether by railroad, motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes:-
Weather drops, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations, or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
